Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins...

I've decided to bake again. It all started because I can't stand the sight of the bananas on the table. At the same time I have got nothing better to do :oP. To all halogen oven owners... here is another success recipe I've tried.

What I like about this recipe is the cake doesn't turn out too sweet. It is just the way I want it to be :o).

Mum can't find our individual cupcake/ muffin tray. I ended up buying two sets of heart shape silicone tray from Daiso
Aren't they pretty :o)
Muffins in halogen oven
First batch
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Who've eaten my muffin?
115g self raising flour
75g sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
55g chocolate chips
60g melted butter
2 medium size free range eggs
200g mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract

Separate both dry and wet ingredients in two separate mixing bowl. In large bowl, combine both dry and wet ingredients together. Scoop the batter into muffin tray. Bake in halogen oven for 20 minutes (temperature: 150 degree).Alternatively, you may bake them for 20 - 25 minutes instead (180 degree).
