Feather-light cream cake with halogen oven

Here is how I baked my fethar-light cream cake with a halogen oven

For the cake (recipe for one layer. Bake this two times)
100g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
125g double cream (I used Anchor whipping cream when I was in KL. Double cream cost a fortune here)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large free range eggs
100g sugar

For the fillings
Cream cheese

Icing sugar

Sift self raising flour, baking powder and salt in a clean bowl and set aside. Pour cream and vanilla extract in second bowl and finally egg and sugar in the third bowl.

Beat the egg till thicken. Add in the sugar and beat till incorporated.

Next, fold in 1/3 of the dry ingredient and 1/3 of the wet into the beaten egg and sugar. Continue till you have combine all ingredients.

Bake them in halogen oven (setting: 150 degree for 30 minutes).

Repeat the above steps for the second layer

Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar together till it become light.

Sandwich the cakes together and dust the top of the cake with icing sugar.
