Gathering at Pastis Cafe, The Garden Midvalley

Fourteen years later... Here we are sitting at one corner of Pastis Cafe chatting away while enjoying our glass of coffee and cakes.

It's very rare for you to see me ordering caffein based drink after 4.00 p.m. (that makes more sense why I have difficulties sleeping last night). Nevertheless it's something I do not regret at all. The mocha drink I ordered taste decently good. I somehow think it wouldn't be the case for coffee lovers. I bet my husband will complain its a little to bland. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. After all I don't really know how to appreciate coffee.

The chocolate cake was good. I've to say its one of the most yummilicious chocolate cake I've ever eaten in two years since the day I left KL. It's moist and rich in taste.

I was told that the black forrest cake was good too. It's currently their "cake of the month". Diners get to feast a piece of their black forrest cake at 50% discount.

All I can say is the three of us were very happy with the choice of place we've chosen as our "meet-up" place.

The whole combination (ambience, environment and foods) just make the whole meet up session a memorable one.

Again if I may add... I wish I do not need to forgo my friends when I fly back to UK.
