Garlic fried rice served with pork chop and mixed vegetables



Here is my simple recipe how you can recreate this dish at home:

Egg and Garlic Fried Rice
1 tsp minced garlic
3/4 cup cooked rice
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Begin with dunking the rice into the beaten eggs. Saute the minced garlic till brown. Add in the rice and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Mixed Vegetables with garlic sauce
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1 tsp minced garlic
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Heat up olive oil. Saute the minced garlic till brown. Add in mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Pork Chop 
Ingredient A
1 piece of pork medallion loin

Marinates (Ingredient B)
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp sesame sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
salt & pepper

Begin with tenderising the pork loin. Marinate the pork with Ingredient B for an hour. Heat up oil in the non stick pan. Fry the pork chop till cook. Dish up.
