My version of Sunday Roast

Here is the recipe for Sunday Roast:
Marinate (Blend them in food processor)
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper

Stuffing (for flavouring)
1 bulb garlic (cut to cubes)
1 red onion  (cut to cubes)

4 carrots
2 parsnip
2 potatoes
4 celery
1 onion
Olive oil

Marinate and stuff the chicken for at least 6 hours.
Cover the chicken with foil
Heat up oven 220 degree
Cut the vegetables to small cubes. Add in the foil.
Sprinkle the chicken and vegetables with olive oil
Place in the oven. Roast for 2 hours (with foil covered)
Bath the chicken with the chicken gravy every 45 minutes.
Open the foil and bake for another 45 minutes.
Carve the chicken meat and serve with the roast vegetables.
