Dummy guide to nicely sliced apples...

There are ample of apples out there now. Go buy yourself a pack or two. They make good snacks, cakes, desserts and even soup! Here is a dummy guide to sliced apple for French Apple Tarts.


In normal circumstances I would have core and cut the apple into four. I will end up with unequal and slightly triangle shape (referring to thickness of the apple). I wish I knew this a lot earlier. Thank you chef for sharing!
