Step by Step Easy Chinese Stir Fry Pork with Szechuan Sauce

This is one of the regular pork dishes I cook for hubby. They are really easy and fast to do.

300g Tesco Finest pork loin (sliced thinly)
30g root ginger
3 stalk spring onions
Sesame oil

1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp salt
 Marinate pork with seasoning overnight. The recipe do not require any marinating but I marinated just to get rid of the "gamey" smell/ taste.

 Saute ginger till brown

 Add in sliced pork (and seasoning if you did not marinate like how I do). Make sure the pork are really cook. Unlike beef, you cannot eat them raw!

 Stir in spring onion. Drizzle in sesame oil (optional)

 Serve with rice
