Rich and Healthy Quinoa White Sauce

Here is a simple, healthy and yummy fish meal you can prepare for dinner under 30 minutes.

  • Mashed potato
  • Broccoli & Cherry Tomatoes
  • Cod Fish fillet
  • Quinoa White Sauce

Quinoa White Sauce:

500g milk
50 quinoa
black pepper
Nutmeg powder
  1. Boil quinoa with milk till milk
  2. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg
  3. Blend the sauce in blender
