A juicy and sinfully good Malaysian-style Burger

Pork patties
2 pork chop (about 320 g)- can substitute with chicken or beef
2 bacon
1 onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp worcester sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp black pepper

Siracha chilli sauce
Lettuce leaves

4 Eggs
  1. Mince pork chop, bacon, with the rest of the ingredients in processor. There is no need to use fancy processor. A simple 250w Magic Bullet processor will do.
  2. Combine all the minced ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Divide into 4 portion. Roll into a ball shape
  4. Heat up a non stick pan over medium heat. Add butter and pan fry the patties till cooked. Don't forget to flip the patties from time to time. Set aside
  5. Break an egg and give the egg a few swirl.
  6. Pour the egg into the same non stick pan. Till the pan so the egg will spread wide enough to wrap the patty
  7. Wrap the patty with the egg. Continue step 5 to 7 till you are done with all patties
  8. Toast the bun over medium heat (with the same non stick pan)
  9. To assemble, spread mayonaise on both side of bun. Add an egg wrapped patty and then lettuce on one of bun. Add chilli sauce and mayonaise (if desire). Cover up with the other half of the bun. Enjoy the burger while it is hot.
