Easy Chocolate Brownies (with pictorial guide)

I am a very lazy person. Yet I like the idea of home baking. This chocolate brownies recipe which I am about to share is an easy one. You don't even need to have a electric mixer to bake this. 

The chocolate brownies is rich, moist, and satisfying. It's my type of perfect chocolate brownies. Call me weirdo but I prefer my brownies cake-y version more than the gooey version.

Do give this chocolate brownies a chance. You may end up sticking to this recipe for the rest of your life whenever you or your family members crave for brownies.

150 g dark chocolate chips (70%)
170 g butter
150 g brown sugar
128 g all purpose flour (sifted)
3 large free range eggs (lightly whisked)

Preheat oven at 180 degree. Line a 20 x 20 cm square pan with baking paper. Melt the chocolate chips and butter in double boiler with simmering water

Add in brown sugar and whisk till dissolve

Mix in the eggs until they emulsify

Pour in the sifted flour. Give it a quick stir.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cook.

Basic rule of thumb: always make sure the cake/ brownies is cool before cutting. Do not judge the book (my brownies) by its cover. The brownies were delicious! Mine looks ugly because I have accidentally increased the temperature when baking. I baked this while making roti jala. My oven is right at the bottom of the stove.
