Post Dinner

I know I had quinoa salad for dinner about 5.00 p.m. I felt hungry and I need to eat. I decided it is fair I have two thin slice of stone baked bread (I so claimed) layered with 1.5 slice of mature cheese, 2 thin slice of oak smoked ham, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and tomatoes drizzled with truffle oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of black pepper. Very high in calories I know- but I couldn't help myself with the toppings. I also had a bunch of watercress drizzled with truffle oil and balsamic vinegar as side. This will definitely last me till tomorrow 😅
