A BIG FAT MEAL for dinner

I got a little excited cooking Malaysian style foods I almost forgotten about the cheese, fishcakes, and all other ingredients I have in refrigerator. I was a little upset when I discovered the packet of mozarella getting mouldy. Good thing there's only 1/3 left.
I have to admit I wasn't in good mood prior to cooking. I was a little furious with a friend. I don't understand why she has such a shallow mind. She always has this assumption housewife like me has nothing better to do. She always has this assumption I can waste my time with her. I don't understand why she thinks her time is much more precious than mine. Blah. May be that explained why I had such a big appetite to feast my heart out. 

Believe it or not, I shared a plate of profiterole (4 each) with hubby before heading home. I even baked (and ate) 4 slices sour dough bread with two different types of cheese and ham before I cooked dinner. I don't know why. My belly don't know when to stop whenever I am in bad mood. I spent another half an hour (or may be more) preparing a big plate of alio olio style fettuccine, cod fishcake, prawn with garlic and lemon sauce, raw piccolo tomatoes and portebello mushroom before shredding a generous amount of parmigiano reggiano cheese on top of the fettuccine :)

Hubby almost died by the time he finished his meal. Poor hubby.
