Curry noodle for dinner

Hubby suggested we eat out but I didn't feel like going anywhere else but home. I told him I'll figure out something when we get home. Here's my version of "throw whatever you have in refrigerator" dinner. 

Not so healthy I know but alright to have once in blue moon. I tried my level best to make it as healthy as possible but I know I'm living in denial. It's a pretty high calories meal consisting of leftover chicken curry, fresh celery, fresh portobello mushroom, hard boiled eggs, blanched rice noodle, frozen squids, more water and seasoning from a pack of My Kuali Penang White Curry Noodle.
