A healthy toast potato bread with smoked ham, smoked salmon and mixture of cheese

Hubby of sick leave today. I don't like it whenever he falls ill. He turns into a grumpy man. I can't imagine how it will be like dealing with him when he retires in 20 plus years time. My poor baby girl will have to deal with her old man characters.

We had late brunch today. We had a slice of cheesecake and a slice of the chocolate baileys mudcake I baked yesterday (at around 11.00 a.m). Honestly, that is a lot for me. It should last me till dinner.



Hubby on other hand wanted lunch. Mood spoiler. I wasn't in mood to cook so what I did was I took out 4 slices of potato bread and layered it with smoked ham, smoked salmon, and three different type of cheese before toasting them in halogen oven for 8 minutes (180 celcius)


Toast bread with smoked salmon and ham with salad. I am starting to question if hubby is saying "I'm hungry" trick on purpose. How much more weight do he wants me to gain?
