Homemade Chinese Dumpling aka bak chang

Mummy says don't eat dumpling as a stand alone meal. It is bad for stomach- especially people like me and hubby who are both prone to gastric problem. Being a good girl, I steamed a big fat aubergine, sweet potato and made ourselves a nice portion of salad like dish to go with the Chinese dumpling

Here's part of the dumpling collections we made yesterday. I was in charge of preparing the ingredient while hubby took charge of wrapping the dumplings. It may not look perfect like the one professional made- but hey, what do you expect from a first timer? It was our first attempt- and we only decided to make it last minute while we were at the Asian Grocery shop on Saturday. I'll blog bout it soon
