Dry Noodle Sauce or Gravy

It has been awhile since I last cook something decent for myself. Yes, I am lazy. I don't deny. Here is a very easy dry noodle based sauce I have done to go with the leftover curry chicken. If you are hardworking, you may saute a minced garlic and shallot with olive oil before adding the rest of the ingredients in the saucepan. You may even filter the crispy garlic and shallot out and used it as garnishing before serving. 

Recipe for Dry Noodle Sauce
Adapted from 3 Hungry Tummies
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar (more if you like it sweeter)
1.5 tbsp light soya sauce
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp caramel sauce (dark soya sauce)
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
White pepper

Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring it to boil. The sauce is ready to use.
