Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

It has been awhile since I last bake anything banana. I've been wanting to bake banana cake for weeks now- but something always pop up. Even today actually. I only got 2 eggs left in refrigerator. What can I bake with 2 eggs? Did a little "Google-ing" and decided to give this a go.

Adapted from Taste Australia

2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 ripe banana, mashed

  1. Preheat oven to 200 celcius
  2. Add flour and sugar in a big bowl
  3. Add melted butter, eggs and milk in a separate bowl
  4. Gently mix the wet ingredients and the mashed bananas in the dry ingredient until combine
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips
  6. Divide the batter into 12 muffin cases
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffin top is firm enough to touch. Leave in tray for 3 minutes. Transfer muffins to rack
